Starting with version 4.8.19 of Scroll Versions and Scroll Translations, the app checks whether you run the latest available version. If you don’t, you can’t run the health check, which is a required step before you convert to Scroll Content Manager. You can’t therefore start the conversion until you update.
Why we added this check
We fix bugs and improve the conversion process in almost every release. Running the latest version gives you the smoothest conversion experience and saves you time on troubleshooting.
What to do
-
Go to Confluence Administration > Manage apps
-
Find Scroll Versions or Scroll Translations and check the installed version.
-
If a newer version is available, update the app.
-
Return to Convert to Scroll Content Manager process, running the health check is now possible
In rare cases, for example, if you can’t update the app right now for internal reasons, or if the version check is blocked due to an issue on our side, an override is available. This isn’t intended for routine use. If you think you need it, please reach out to our support team, who can advise on the best path forward.
